I'm a Catholic priest and have a lapis node on my chalice that is exquisite. Ironically it's from Afghanistan, where I know the finest lapis mines are. Yet the lapis in this ring is also very fine--dark in color, minimal white streaks and flecks of pyrite. Very beautiful.
