Nevertheless, if a parcel is return to our office as undeliverable due to customer error, a second shipping charge will be paid before re-delivery.

Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations without penalties within 24 hours of order reception or before such order is shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Orders cancelled after shipment takes place are subject to a restocking fee equal to 30% the order's total, plus return shipment fees.
